This center has 3 floors above the ground and one undergroung floor. The CULTURAL zone consists of an exhibition zone, a tiny conference hall on the 1st floor, and another. The EDUCATIONAL zone comes together with a huge media library, auditorium, and studios for arts and crafts e.g. This center also has a simple bomb shelter on the -1 floor, which can be used as a small cinema or place for some types of activities as theater studio for teens, etc.
In the front locates the summer amphitheater, which can be used for summer concerts, for a summer cinema, or a place for street performances, where locals can show their talents.
